Faith in God the Mother
“Even though I had so many good influences growing up and I did attend Church every Sunday, I still didn’t really know who God was or even have any knowledge on the Bible. So I had a deep desire to understand the Bible more and to have a closer connection with God.”
Meet Cassie.
Cassie joined the World Mission Society Church of God about three years ago.
Growing up Christian, Cassie was exposed to a wide variety of denominations. She attended a Lutheran church, a small church in her hometown, and a bigger church that focused on healing and prophesying. Her family always had discussions on faith and even conducted Bible studies. Later on, when she started attending college, she joined two different Bible study groups on campus. Despite all this, Cassie still had a desire to study the Scriptures deeply and understand God through the Bible. This is when she started studying with the Church of God.
Cassie was amazed after studying with the Church of God because everything was shown through the Bible. She felt such an immense love from God while studying, she invited her mom and siblings to also study at the Church. They, too, joined the Church of God and now experience the love of God together. And, their family has become more united.

Faith in God the Mother
Bible studies at the Church of God are based directly on the Bible. This is why we have such great faith in God the Mother. From the beginning of the Bible, the book of Genesis testifies about the female image of God.
From Cassie’s testimony, we can see that, although she grew up attending different churches, she never felt like she really knew God. This is because most churches only teach to have faith in God the Father. But they do not teach the importance of having faith in God the Mother in order to have eternal life. In fact, they don’t believe that God the Mother exists at all, even though the Scriptures clearly testify about Her.
Now that Cassie is a member of the Church of God she knows true God—God the Father and God the Mother. And this has also allowed her family to be closer together.
